Who do we call when something breaks?

When technology fails, you should not need a flowchart of five vendors. I built TechHand Pro Solutions so homes and businesses have one accountable local person—from a slow PC to managed IT, cameras, and custom tools. I will explain the options if you want them. If you just need it fixed, say so.

What I handle on one relationship

  • Computer repair, tune-ups, and console HDMI fixes
  • Managed IT, backups, and day-to-day business support
  • Networks, Wi-Fi, security testing, and camera systems
  • Websites, hosting, CRM, and workflow automation
  • Remote support when an on-site visit is not needed

What to expect when you reach out

  • You talk to the person who does the work—not a script-reading call center
  • I ask enough questions to understand urgency and scope
  • You get a clear quote before billable work starts
  • I document what I fixed so the next problem is faster to solve

Not sure which service fits?

Start on our homepage with “What do you need help with today?”—or call (208) 316-9491. I will point you to the right path even if the answer is “not me”—I would rather say that upfront than waste your money.
