We built assistants that live inside the TechHand client — the same app shops already use — so they can help with day-to-day work without another login wall.
We ran this first on our own IBCLC credentialing and billing product: same client, same update path, real work. That dogfood pass is live enough that we’re ready to offer the same pattern to customer organizations as an AI care plan — assistants that know your shop’s tools and stay with your team.
If you already have the TechHand client, you don’t need a new installer for this. Updates still roll through Push Update from our side (current installer stays 1.0.9).
