FIND THE GAPS.

Most business owners have no idea what’s actually connected to their network—old equipment, forgotten devices, doors quietly left open. We check your network the way an intruder would, but safely and with your permission, and turn what we find into a clear, prioritized fix-it list.

  • Safe—nothing gets disrupted
  • Reports you can read
  • Everything documented
  • Quote after discovery

Find the weak spots before someone else does

An ongoing watch on your network plus targeted security checks—everything agreed with you before anything runs. Scope and pricing depend on network size; we quote after a short discovery call.

  • A complete picture of every device connected to your network
  • Safe security checks that find weak spots before someone else does
  • A fix-it list ordered by what matters most—not a wall of warnings
  • Help getting ready for required security scans (like card-payment scans)

What we deliver

Managed IT clients track fixes in TNT as support tickets—so findings don’t live in a PDF that gets lost.

Watching

Watching your network

Know what’s connected, what changed, and what quietly showed up that shouldn’t be there.

  • A running list of every device and what it’s doing
  • Alerts when something important goes down—you pick how sensitive
  • A snapshot of “normal” so anything new stands out immediately
  • A dated record of everything, in case you ever need to prove it
Check-ups

Security check-ups

Careful, controlled testing that ends in a to-do list ordered by risk—not a pile of technical printouts.

  • Industry-standard security checks, run gently so nothing breaks
  • Each finding explained: how bad, how likely, how to fix it
  • A head start on security rules your industry requires
  • A re-check after fixes, so you know they actually worked
03

Getting ready for a required security scan

If your business takes card payments, your payment processor requires a security scan of your network—an official pass/fail test (often called a PCI scan) that proves your customers’ card data is reasonably protected. Fail it, and you can face higher fees or lose the ability to take cards.

The frustrating part: the official scan tells you that you failed, but gives very little help on what to fix first. That’s where we come in. We run the same kinds of checks ahead of time, on your schedule, and turn the results into a plain-English fix-it list—so when the official scan runs, there are no surprises.

Our reports tie every finding to the actual device it lives on, and where AI-assisted reporting is part of your engagement, it helps explain and prioritize what we found—always reviewed by a human before it reaches you.

  • Fewer surprises: the obvious problems get found and fixed early
  • Every finding comes with a record of what it is, where it is, and how it was fixed
  • We re-check after fixes, so you walk into the official scan knowing where you stand

Honest fine print

Preparation, not a guarantee

We can’t guarantee you’ll pass the official scan—nobody honestly can. Card-payment security rules (PCI DSS) cover more than scans—your policies and people matter too. This is preparation work, not a formal penetration test—we offer that separately if you need it.

04

How we work

The same careful process every time—safe checks, proven methods, reports you can act on.

Safety

Nothing gets disrupted

Our checks are designed not to interfere with your business day. Anything that could be noticeable only runs if you approve it first—and everything we do is recorded with a timestamp.

Process

Same careful process, every time

We test our methods in our own lab before they ever touch your network, and every check follows the same proven steps—no improvising on your equipment.

Results

Reports you can actually read

You get a short plain-English summary of what we found and what to do about it. If your IT staff or another vendor wants the full technical detail, that’s available too.

Our promise
Clear scope before anything runs, safe checks that don’t disrupt your day, and reports you can actually read—prioritized by what matters most. If something isn’t right, we make it right.
No surprises—that’s the whole policy.

Common questions

Quick answers before we scope your network—we’re happy to cover the rest on the phone.

Will monitoring or security checks disrupt my network?

No. Our checks are designed not to interfere with your business day. Anything that could be noticeable only runs if you approve it first—and everything we do is recorded with a timestamp.

Can you guarantee we will pass our PCI or merchant scan?

No one can honestly guarantee a pass. We run the same kinds of checks ahead of time and turn results into a plain-English fix-it list so the official scan has fewer surprises. Card-payment rules also cover policies and people—not just scans.

Is this a formal penetration test?

No. This is preparation and monitoring work—safe discovery, vulnerability checks, and scan readiness. We offer formal penetration testing separately if you need it.

What do reports look like?

You get a short plain-English summary of what we found and what to do about it. Each finding is explained by severity, likelihood, and how to fix it. Full technical detail is available for your IT staff or another vendor.

How do findings get tracked after the check?

Managed IT clients track fixes in TNT as support tickets—so findings do not live in a PDF that gets lost. Scope and pricing depend on network size; we quote after a short discovery call.
