Where we started and how we work today.
TechHand Pro Solutions was founded by Jeremiah Bailey in Buhl, Idaho to pair hands-on local support with serious infrastructure—secure hosting, custom software, and AI where it fits.
Too many shops treat repair, IT, and web as separate worlds—or push you toward a new machine when a careful fix would do. The idea was simple: the Magic Valley deserved one trustworthy place to call for any of it, instead of a different specialist for every problem.
Today that means practical repairs and day-to-day IT help backed by resilient systems, so homes and businesses can work confidently—on-site or remotely.
