The issue
The laptop was trapped in a startup repair loop caused by BIOS defaults, conflicting drives, and security software preventing updates.
How we fixed it
Unplugged non‑essential drives, reset BIOS, ran SFC/DISM, removed Syncro and Emsisoft, upgraded to Windows 11, and updated BIOS via Dell SupportAssist.
