The issue
The PC was stuck in a startup repair loop and wouldn’t boot into Windows.
How we fixed it
We unplugged non‑essential drives, reset the BIOS, ran system file checks, removed conflicting security software, upgraded to Windows 11, performed a full tune‑up, and updated the BIOS via Dell SupportAssist.
Result
The machine now boots cleanly into the latest Windows 11 build, runs stably, and was ready for pickup the next day.
