Root cause
Outdated 2017 BIOS and mis‑seated RAM prevented the system from booting.
How we fixed it
Updated motherboard BIOS to the 2023 version, repositioned RAM, moved the GPU to the primary PCIe slot, performed a clean Windows 11 installation, applied all updates and drivers, and verified activation.
