If you want the same machine to store files for the office or run other business software, we plan that from the start. You pay one quoted price for the build and setup. Ongoing care is optional. Day-to-day office IT lives under managed IT.

One-time (no subscription required)
Consultation, parts list, assembly, all software installed and configured—the AI itself plus any agreed extras, like shared file storage for the office or other business software on the same machine. Everything tested, then handed over with written instructions. Priced by quote once we understand your goals and what else that machine should do.
Optional subscription
If you'd rather we keep watching, updating, and supporting the same machine after handoff, choose an Essential, Business, or Complete care plan. The plan sets how fast we respond and which upkeep tasks we handle—see the comparison table below. Skip it entirely if you'd rather run things yourself.
Setting expectations
Model licenses, third-party model terms, and legal use of AI outputs remain your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing. We don’t claim HIPAA or other certifications unless explicitly contracted and documented.
Only if you want TechHand looking after the machine long-term: ongoing care for one AI computer we built (or explicitly agreed to cover). Monthly pricing is quoted per plan—it depends on the machine and what you need.
