What’s Included in the $13.50 Labor Fee?
The $13.50 flat-rate covers professional diagnosis of your laptop’s charging issue and the labor to replace the AC adapter if needed. This fee is for labor only; once we confirm your laptop’s requirements, we’ll provide a separate quote for the correct replacement adapter.

The diagnostic fee is credited toward any approved repair work involving the adapter replacement.
How the Service Works
You can drop off your laptop at our Buhl shop for bench repair, or request on-site service in Twin Falls, Magic Valley, Filer, Kimberly, or Jerome. Remote troubleshooting is also available for initial diagnostics when possible. There’s no travel charge within Buhl; outside Buhl city limits, a $1.50 per mile travel fee applies for pickup or on-site visits.
