The issue
The custom PC failed to boot Windows 11 due to an outdated 2017 BIOS and misconfigured RAM placement.
How we fixed it
We updated the motherboard BIOS to the latest 2023 firmware, corrected the RAM slots, moved the GPU to the primary PCIe slot, performed a clean Windows 11 Home installation, applied all updates and drivers, and verified full system functionality.
