Pay only for the time we spend fixing your issue. You stay in your chair, we connect with your permission, fix the problem while you watch, and leave plain-English notes so it doesn’t come back. Remote support is $148.50/hour for break-fix work. We typically respond within 2 business hours during Mon–Fri 8am–5pm.
