Download the support client

Install the TechHand Remote Support client, then your technician will guide you through the rest. Nothing connects without your explicit permission—you approve every session, you can watch everything we do, and a visible banner stays on screen the whole time.

How a session works

Step 1

Install & open

Run the installer above. The client sits quietly in your system tray.

Step 2

Get your code

Your technician gives you a 6-digit session code by phone or through your support ticket.

Step 3

Approve the session

A TechHand consent window appears. Enter the code and click Allow—nothing starts without it.

Step 4

Stay in control

A visible banner shows the session is live. Click "End session" any time to disconnect instantly.
