What’s Included in Flat‑Rate Labor

- Removal of the old adapter and installation of a new one (if needed).

Parts Sourcing & Billing
We identify the correct adapter model for your device. If available in our inventory, we can install it right away. Otherwise, we’ll provide a vendor quote for your approval before ordering. The part cost is always billed separately from labor, ensuring transparency.
Service Options & Travel
- Drop‑off: Bring your laptop to our Buhl shop—no travel charge applies.
- Pickup: We can pick up your device at no charge within Buhl; outside Buhl, travel is billed at $1.50 per mile.
- On‑site: A technician can visit your location. Free within Buhl; $1.50 per mile outside Buhl.
Priority Queue Option
